Ensure you have these materials ready and with you for each of our calls and for your journey through the moons:

  • Journal + pen

  • Menstrual Collection Vessel

  • Red Garments (to wear in circle and when you are on your cycle)

  • Cycle keeping stick/bone: Emanating the original calendar, bones found with marks indicating moon phases and/or menstrual cycles, you are asked to find a stick or long bone that you can keep as your own marker each month with the cycles.
